Hekna-Hermann Knapp GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1867. Today it is a medium-sized, family-owned company with a long tradition in lockmaking, in particular cylinder locks and lock systems for all areas of furniture construction overy many decades.

All Straightaway Programme orders received by 10:00 am on business days (Mon-Fri) will be shipped out the same day. You may choose the shipping type: standard or express shipping. Standard shipping generally takes 24–48 hours.
Express shipping guarantees delivery within 24 hours, along with other special options, such as delivery by 10:00 am.
The minimum package quantity with this service = 1.

Besides our 24- and 48-hour delivery service, of course we also guarantee that all other orders are processed quickly and accurately.
Because we are primarily a production company, only certain products are kept in stock.
All other product orders from our current catalogue will be handled as production orders, which are generally processed and shipped within 14 days. Faster delivery times can be arranged.
